Celebrating 3 Million Safe Work Hours
We are happy to share that Arion has surpassed 3 million hours of working safely.
This incredible milestone is a reflection of the commitment and care demonstrated by our entire A-Team. Reaching more than three million safe work hours does not happen by chance. It is the result of countless everyday decisions to work safely, look out for one another, follow established practices, and remain vigilant about the risks that come with our work.
At Arion, safety is fundamental to what we do. Whether our team is working in the office, visiting a project site, or supporting our clients in the field, we believe every person has a responsibility to contribute to a safe working environment.
Our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Director, Vicki Urbanowski, has played an important role in helping Arion reach this milestone through her oversight of safety and compliance efforts and her continued focus on meeting our customersβ requirements. Vicki shares: βAchieving 3,000,000 incident- and injury-free hours demonstrates our proven commitment to safe, disciplined execution that provides our clients greater confidence in reliable project delivery, fewer disruptions, lower operational risk, and a workforce focused on quality and performance.β
To celebrate this achievement, Arion brought the A-Team together for an afternoon celebration. Arionβs Chief Executive Officer, Michele McNichol, P.E., spoke with employees about the significance of the milestone, and each A-Teamer received a commemorative shirt as a thank you for their role in reaching 3 million safe work hours.
As Arion continues to grow, maintaining this commitment to safety becomes even more important. Our goal is not simply to reach safety milestones, but to make safe work practices an integral part of every project and every day.
Three million safe hours represents an incredible amount of work, but more importantly, it represents three million hours of people making safety a priority.
We are proud of what our A-Team has accomplished and grateful for the commitment that made this milestone possible. Together, we will continue to make safety fundamental to the way we work.
