Scope of services included facility design verification, PSI/PSM compliance, asset integrity evaluation, PHA assessments, development of engineering standards, established critical design documents, generation of new documents and drawings, re-sizing of critical equipment, PSV verification, site verification of existing and new design docs., information management, and more.

Project Outcome

Arion successfully enhanced the visibility of asset activities for our client through a holistic approach. We streamlined processes, ensuring that crucial facility documents are readily accessible and efficiently managed action items. We verified the functionality of the facilities, confirming their safety, environmental sustainability, and reliability.

By leveraging PowerApps Custom Tracking, we provided effortless access to task progress and prioritization, along with facility contact and location status, document status and action item repository.

Furthermore, our innovative solutions enhanced the client's existing toolbox with proprietary improvements such as PSV Calculation Standard, CAD Management Protocols, and a Document Management Buildout tailored to support their Engineering Document Management System. These enhancements empowered our client to make informed decisions and drive success in their operations.

Client Quote

“The Arion team as a whole, is doing an excellent job!  I cannot tell you enough how much more proficient and accurate the drawing packets are in comparison to what I am responsible for as a whole.  Your team is always on point, very responsive, and your engineering skills far exceed a large percentage of the Firms I have worked with over the last 25+ years…the team members have always been polite and more than willing to explain the “why” of their decisions and techniques.  For that I commend you as well.”  – I&E Engineering Supervisor
