This major design and upgrade project involved the replacement of all platform process areas and building fire and gas detection devices with addressable types.

The client’s current control system, the Wonderware InTouch HMI, has a tag count cap of 60K, and it is running to the limit. Arion ultimately upgraded operational efficiency, streamlined processes, improved reliability, enhanced user control, and confidence in system functionality.

Arion's client was experiencing unreliable control system operations on an offshore facility. We performed a thorough analysis of the infrastructure and code in various systems. We came up with solutions to reduce operational risks and increase reliability.

Arion took on the Gulf of Mexico Management of Change Program to provide comprehensive engineering and management support, addressing the high volume of changes and challenges inherent in offshore brownfield projects.

Arion's Topside Replacement Conceptual Study was undertaken to provide a comprehensive conceptual-level design and analysis for a crucial infrastructure upgrade.

Arion provided project management, engineering, design, procurement and construction management support to a major midstream producer for 100+ facilities within their portfolio. For this client, the work was bundled into a single over-arching program, which was categorized by Process Safety Management, Process Safety Initiatives, and Call-out Engineering.

Arion completed the detailed engineering & design for 58 Sites across West Texas for a major midstream producer. The sites consisted of 32 ea. Oil Skids, 23 ea. Produced Water Skids, and 5 ea. Instrument​ Skids.

Arion is providing direct support to the Operators/ Owners Project Management Team in the area of Project Execution, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Contract Management for an EPCI project.
